This work package (WP5) focuses on the comprehensive management, coordination, and impact maximization of the project throughout its lifecycle. It aims to establish a robust project steering committee (SC) to oversee governance as per grant and consortium agreements, while ensuring smooth administrative and financial coordination among all partners. A key priority is scientific and innovation management, which works in tandem with proactive dissemination, communication, and exploitation strategies to ensure the project’s breakthroughs reach the clinical community and achieve maximum societal impact.
